The building owner holds the janitorial contract and allocates cost between the two tenants.
On a five-nights-per-week schedule, a single crew member handles both suites in under two hours. The orthodontics suite receives priority — patient restrooms and treatment bays first — then the brokerage suite. The building owner receives a monthly invoice covering both suites with a per-suite breakdown for cost allocation. The account supervisor holds one master key and one keypad code, logged in the service agreement.
