Coverage That Protects Your Facility
When a janitorial contractor works in your building, their crew has access to your space, your equipment and your clients' areas. The insurance and bonding a contractor carries determines what happens when something goes wrong — whether it's accidental property damage, a crew member injury or a theft allegation. These are not hypothetical risks; they're standard items that facilities managers and property managers are responsible for vetting before signing a service agreement.
What We Carry
| Coverage type | What it means for your facility |
|---|---|
| General liability insurance | Covers accidental property damage or bodily injury caused by our crew while on your premises. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote. |
| Janitorial bond | A fidelity bond that covers theft by our employees. Facilities that require bonding as a contract condition — schools, healthcare, government-adjacent properties — should request proof before service begins. |
| Workers' compensation | Covers our crew members in the event of an on-the-job injury. Without this, a contractor's worker injured in your building could become a liability for your facility. Ours carry it. |
22 Years Without a Claim
We have been in the commercial cleaning business for 22 years. Our insurance history reflects that continuity — we are not a startup that obtained the minimum to sign a contract. We carry coverage appropriate for the scale and type of facilities we serve, and we can provide documentation that reflects it.
Requesting Documentation
A certificate of general liability insurance is included with every written quote — you do not need to ask for it separately. If your facility, property management company or building owner requires an additional insured endorsement, a copy of the bond, or a workers' comp certificate, tell us when you request a quote and we'll include all of it before the start date.
Background-Checked Crews
Our crew members are background-checked before assignment to any facility. If your facility has specific background check or badging requirements — as many healthcare-adjacent and school facilities in the East Valley do — tell us during the scoping walkthrough and we'll confirm whether our standard checks meet that requirement or whether additional steps are needed.
Ready to see the documentation? Call (866) 958-8773 or request a written quote. The certificate of insurance comes with the quote package, no separate request required.
