Higley Janitorial Cleaning has been serving commercial facilities in the East Valley for 22 years. We are not a franchise and not a residential cleaning service that expanded into offices. Our work has always been commercial — documented scopes, fixed crews, contract-based relationships with facilities managers and property managers who need a contractor they can rely on month after month.

The Higley area — where Gilbert, Queen Creek and Mesa converge along the Williams Field Road and Higley Road corridors — has grown considerably in the past decade. Distribution centers, medical office parks, light industrial and professional suites have all expanded east along Ellsworth and Higley roads. That growth created demand for a local janitorial contractor who understands commercial facilities, not one who treats every job like a residential apartment turnover.

How We Work

Every engagement starts with a walkthrough. We scope the facility in writing, confirm the frequency and tasks with the facilities contact, and assign a specific crew before the first clean. The same team returns on the same schedule. If something changes — a new tenant, a relocated break room, additional restrooms — that's a scope conversation with your account supervisor, not a surprise on your next invoice.

We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations and a janitorial bond. We provide certificates of insurance with every written quote. Our crew members are background-checked before assignment to any facility.
