Building A is a three-storey office building with two restroom clusters per floor, a ground-floor cafeteria serviced by a separate food service contractor, and a server room area that is off-limits to the janitorial crew. Building B is a single-storey facility with an open-plan workspace, one restroom cluster, and a large conference room used for client visits twice per week.
The five-nights-per-week contract covers both buildings with a four-person crew starting at 7pm. Each crew member has a designated zone and a per-zone checklist.
